Security Software What is the add on "XBTBPos00 Class"?

I use Windows IE. When I go to "tools", "manage add ons", "enable or disable add ons" I find 2 add ons I don't recognise:

1 XBTBPos00 class, and
2 JQSIEStartDEtectorImp...

I have just deleted a bunch of add ons that inserted themselves, but does anyone know what these add ons do, are they helpful or should I delete them?
