What is the best lossless way to demux audio from youtube video

I can download high quality Youtube video, thats not a problem from me,but what is the best way to extract the exact audio out of it? Need your suggestion guys.

You can use many of the youtube downloader site .. like pwnyoutube.com they have the option of downloading as .mp3 ..
 
Download MKVToolnix From Here - Free Download MKVToolnix 6.0.0 : MKVToolnix is a set of tools to create, alter and inspect Matroska files under Windows. & Install
Download MKV Extract gui2 From Here - MKVExtractGUI-2 | Free software downloads at SourceForge.net and unzip the .exe file inside mkvtoolnix install folder
Fire up mkvmergegui
drag&drop ur youtube mp4 video inside the window
click Start Muxing
U will have a .mkv file of your .mp4 youtube video (Tracks Still intact)
Fire up mkvextractgui2
drag and drop the.mkv file u just created
select the track
hit Extract & Voila

There is a bit of loss in Audio bitrate, 196 to 183 KBPS :(

Download. Install. Use the Demultiplexer option. Select the audio track.

Since you will be downloading in 1080p with MP4 container, the audio files should be in AAC format - better than MP3.

I have attached a txt file of a AAC file i ripped. The original file was Priyanka Chopra - In My City ft. will.i.am.mp4
