What is the fair price of nokia n70 second hand

I have a nokia n70 non music edition with 1 gb kingston mmc card with me. The phone was brought for 18k when launched. now it retails around 10.5k as per sify mall without card. I purchased it December 2006.

I am selling it to my cousin, as we dont know the rate, and he insist to pay the fair price, can someone help me out with how much should i ask him.

The buttons, screengaurd and overall the phone is wroking perfectly. Updated to the Music Edition look and feel in software.
 
since he is your cousin, so i think you should sell at a price slightly lower than market price.

Around 4k is Good. or better give it for free.
