I am planning to upgrade my PC soon, and have already decided on the CPU and RAM.

1) CPU: Intel Core i7 3770K

2) RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3 1600MHz Desktop Memory (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10) x 2 = TOTAL 16GB

I am now on the lookout for the ideal motherboard for this combo.

The cost should not exceed 20K for the motherboard alone.

I was thinking:
1) Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H (I do not know where I can buy this from)
2) ASRock Z77 Extreme 6
3) ASRock Z77 Extreme 9 (if available)
4) Asus P8Z77-V
5) Asus P8Z77-V-PRO
6) Asus SABERTOOTH Z77

I have no experience with either ASRock or Asus boards. However, my current mobo is a Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R, which I have been using since 2010, and it has been flawless, so I tend to trust Gigabyte.

ATX preferred (simply because I like the space offered by the bigger format, and my HAF-X case can easily handle anything upto E-ATX.

My main uses are: general web browsing, image editing, lots of movies (my baby daughter), office documents (Word, Excel), mild gaming.

I know I am looking at a lot of power for the above uses, but I will not be upgrading anytime soon after this, so I would like to be future-proofed.

What are your suggestions?

TIA

@pillai_np Since you've decided on processor,I'd suggest you to go for Asus Sabertooth Z77-19.3k,If you're not reay to spend that much then Asus P8Z77-V PRO-16k is what you should go for,It's a very solid mobo for ocing. So go for any of these two both are very good in Ocing and bulit quality.Another thing i'll recommend to you is to get Gskill RipjawsX instead of Corsair Vengeance just for the spacing concern. The cooler which you'll add later on will give you spacing problems with the long heat spreaders of vengenace,You won't be able to add ram on the closest slot of the mobo to the cooler. So do keep that in mind,Hope this helps.:)

@pillai_np seriously seeing your usage why are you going for a -k marked processor if you are not going to over-clock the system?

I suggest that you re-prioritize the build a little and go for the following --
Intel Core i7 3770 ~18000/-
GIGABYTE H77-D3H ~7000/- OR ASUS P8H77-V ~9500/- (you do not need the expensive Z77 based boards for non-over-clocking builds)
Corsair Vengeance 4GB x2 1600MHz ~3200/-

Hope this helps, Cheerio!
