what price can i get an second hand playstation 2

i am bored by this pc games i want to enjoy the excitement of burnout,tekken,wwe,nfs,splinter cell,
so i am interested to buy not a new but second hand playstation 2

You should be able to get a second hand PS2 for 5k or less. Not really sure as it depends on how old the PS2 is.

The reason a person would want a second hand ps2 is if they are short on cash so suggesting a PS3 is pointless.

but many ps2 owners might want to sell their ps2's after they get the ps3, so there may still be some point (since more availability>> lower pries )

There's no point in getting a second hand one.

You'll eventualy end up spending a lot in repairing and lens replacement and the mod chip stuff etc.

Its better in buying the new thing straight away, believe me.

Then sell it if you want to get the Ps3.

I think you should get a new one too.

My friend bought a new one for around 7500 at alfa, mumbai a couple of weeks ago. Extra Controller + Mem card will cost another 1000.
