hey bro, i know someone who recently bought a philips 32" lcd.. nt sure if its this model exactly.. but most prob is cause it looks a lot like the one in the pic.. anyways he paid 39.9k for the tv+a philips dvd player.. an this was about a month or so back.. maybe some diwali offers give u a slightly better price..
