My setup will be as follows:

Proccy: i3 540
GPU: MSI R5570 1GB DDR5

Now what PSU should I go for? I heard that this GPU runs on the Gigabyte 460 superb. Is that true?

And im a noob when it comes to stuff like cooling systems and cooler master etc. So could someone just tell me whether I will need a cooling system or not? And which cabinet can I get under 2k?

And how are the Cooler Master PSU's?

gigabyte 460W is more than enough.
If you don't intend to oc you will not need any cpu cooler.
You could go with coolermaster elite 310 for 1.6K, or nzxt gamma for 2.1K
coolermaster extreme series isn't good.

Get nzxt gamma costs around 2k imo you cant get a better cabby in that price range and gigabyte superb 460w psu should run your config just fine

Depending on the rest fo the components, the Gigabyte Superb 460 may be enough for you.

But you may be better off with a Corsair CX400 or a Corsair VX450 for long-term use. :)

CM Elite series cabinets are tin cans and grossly overpriced.

Normal psu mounting at top, single 120mm rear exhaust- means poor cooling performance for new gen pcs.

Thin sheet metal that also rusts easily, flimsy plastics, etc etc ...

Get the NZXT Gamma for around 2K odd.

Bottom-mounted psu, lots of exhaust fan ports- means great for keeping pc parts cool. esata port at the front, all-black interior, etc etc

Total vfm case imho. :)
