What service to enable for MTNL BB Access

Hello Friends,

From last one month problem with MTNL Broad Band service/connectivity and still not solved calls so many times to 1504, Rep. tries level best, but not more than certain limit as they are from call centers.

What I suspect (though on same settings till today from last 16 months) settings, please have look at screen shot and suggest best.

I am also from mumbai using MTNL BB. 1st check my pic. if not solved, then go to http:/192.168.1.1/ Enter password and id as "admin" if not already changed by u.

Find this option in one of the tabs: "Restore to factory settings" and restart.

I just hope it works. :ohyeah:
 
Same here,
I have 2 triband connections, both seperate exchanges but since last month both are giving me problems.
The mtnl guys actually set up the router and change some settings. Factory resetting it will mean that those options are reset. U'll have to call the mtnl fellow over for those settings.
 
^^ all above methods and Factory reseting with Router is done, now suggest me method/trick that really works.

Thanks for your suggestions but looking other than this.
