Guys I bough LBP GOTY Edition Disc from Ritvik.Yesterday I received the package and when i opened it Disc cover was all broken.I called courier guy and he said it's not his fault and go to Head Office and talk their.I PM'd Ritvik about it and told him that i received game in this condition and I PM'd him pics also of the same.

So I gave him 2 options -
1. I return him the game and he refund me the full amount including courier charges which i'll be paying.
2.He refund me Rs.200 so that I can buy new case for the game.(locally)
To which he replied that he's not responsible for any damage done by the courier guys.
Now you suggest guys who's at fault here and what should WE do?
And ya I don't want anyone to say anybody wrong here please I just need a solution to my problem nothing else.Ritvik is a great guy and I'm sure he'll co-operate.I started this thread to know your views and suggestions.
