dell 1910 is a 18.5 lcd monitor and should suit you well.or go in for samsung 2033 @ 7thousand rs ---this is a 20 inch lcd.

why do you have to game at 800 * 600 when you are going to buy a ATI 4850?,you could easily game at your desktop's native resolution.

Samsung 2033 is an excellent suggestion..

Thank you comp@ddict, sunny27 and Srirama for your replies.
I think Dell 1910 would go well.

why do you have to game at 800 * 600 when you are going to buy a ATI 4850?
Srirama,
I will not be having GPU now, I'll upgrade it later. That is why I gave the resolution as 800x600.
One more thing, Do I really need something for cooling?

well ok got the point,if you're not going to overclock then the stock cooler is fine.
Then again, you might change your mind and overclock.
For that you would need a good cooler,if you are on a budget i would suggest Sunbeam Core Contact Freezer 120.

Instead of the Gigabyte PSU and any cabinet, get the Cooler Master Elite 335 & 400W PSU combo. It comes for under 4k and the PSu supplies 20A on the 12V rail and also has GPU connector in case you want to upgrade in the future. As for cooling. Not really, you don’t need a dedicated cooling solution for this rig.
