Processor: Intel Core i-5 750- 10k
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD2 - 6.7k
RAM: Corsair/Gskill 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 1333MHz - 5.8k
GPU: Sapphire 5850 1GB GDDR5(DX11)- 17k
HDD: Seagate 1TB SATAII 7200.12 series - 4k
Cabinet: CoolerMaster 590 - 3.8k
SMPS: Corsair TX 650W - 7k
Monitor: Benq 24" G2412HD - 11.6k
Keyboard: Logitech Multimedia - .5k
Mouse: Logitech MX518 - 1.4k
Mouse Pad: SteelSeries QcK Mini - .5k
Total: 68-69k.
What kind of CPU upgrade are you looking for?
The i-5 is a very good CPU for a gaming rig and GPU is the one that matters.
LGA-1366 makes sense only if you wanna go for the 6-core Gulftown processors which doesnt make much of a addition to a gaming rig when compared to a similar GPU.
So this rig would be your perfect bet in a 70k budget.

So u say i5 will b k for this rig. But thing is that i was hopin to get i5 750s but people here have said whole lot of bad word abt i5, i.e my concern.

Are their any other choices in case of Cabinet as I have read whole lot gud about Ultimate cabinets & are their any other better cabinets?

Processor: Intel Core i7 920 - 14.5k

Mobo: MSI X58 Pro - 10.8k

RAM: Corsair TR3X1G-1333 XMS3 C9 3GB Kit - 4.5k

GPU: ATI 5850 1GB - 17k

HDD: Seagate 1TB SATAII 7200.12 series- 3.8k

Cabinet: CM 590 - 3.8k

SMPS: Corsair TX 650 - 7k

Monitor: Benq G2220HD 22" - 8k

Keyboard: Samsung Pleomax - .2k

Mouse: Logitech Optical - .4k

Total - 70k

LGA 1366(X58) has better upgradability options than LGA 1156.

You can upgrade to Core i9 in X58 socket

i7 920 much better VFM in terms of upgradability bro

Think about it

i7 920 much better than i5 750

The biggest question you should ask yourself : "What do i intend to do with a new PC?" and then decide budget accordingly!
