Need help in upgrading my pc

:):) HI guys I am usuing old pc with following congfiguration:

1. Intel core @ duo procesor @ 1.8 mhz
2. Intel mother board D945GNLC
3. 1 gb DDR2 667 mhz ram
4. Nvidia 7300 grafics card
5. windows 7 86bit ultimate edition

my bios does not have any option to overclock
my budget is around 3.5 ~ 4 k
i want to buy in mumbai from local market or even te market will do and looking to buy mostly new hardware
i use my pc for gamming, browsing, downloading and watching movies.
i play high graphics games like call of duty 4 and 5, fifa 2010, Nfs shift and more
can you suggest me any upgrade to increase performance of my old Pc :huh::huh:

Whats ur budget? What do u use the PC for? Please provide full details so that memebers can suggest better.

With the little info u have given
Addition of 2GB DDRII 800MHz RAM will certainly increase system performance. Price is arnd 2.2k.
Even addiotion of 1GB RAM (1.2k) would do if u use the PC for basic tasks.
1GB RAM is bare minimum for Windows 7 Ultimate.
