Nice config by l33t but would like to modify it a bit since OP is willing to overclock, why not following config modifies:

AMD Phenom II 555 B E ~ 4K

G.Skill 4 GB kit 1600MHz ~ 5.5K

that is it, coz I really have no problems with the other components. Only one suggest the Logitech G1 gaming kit I don't think it is worth it, but in the end is up to you :), hope helped you.

Go for the PhenomII X2 555BE and try ur luck with unlocking it.
Why are u choosing IGP when u want to game? So are u planning to buy planning to buy a GPU 6 months down the line and this budget is just for the rest of the components?
