What software do the cable operators use ?

hay guys ..
any idea wt software do cable operators use to brodcast movies over cable..
i had seen somehting the otherday something that lookd like a desktop on a cable channel.. then they started the software and started playing the movies...
was wondering what software it was...
it would be helpful for me if anyone knows the name of that software or anyother software which we can use to brodcast on cable displaying our own logos and scrolling an all...
also is there a way to buy em locally...

p.s. i tried askin my cable wala... but they were very rude and not at all helpful..
p.s.s. i tried googling but couldent find anything... maybe dont know to ask the right question.

well the cable operator uses a sort of program which allows two or more same

kind of screens in two or more monitor screens in turn the cable operator will

connect you with the other screens so you get to see the screen you see in

turn the channel i geuss thats the simple to work on ...

err...umm... k .. so any idea wt software they use .. in which they just load up the movies.. and then somehow add their Logos and scrolls... and keep running em 24/7... im talkin bout local Cable channel which plays movies...

i need to know the name of the software.. or wtever they use...

our cable operator uses CINESOFT.
