I have no idea why I got my thread closed. What you've written is please provide pics.

I have clearly provided two pics with my name on it. First pic clearly shows my real name (Vinay) and the second pic has sickizblank written on a piece of paper along with the product I wish to sell. Other than that I've provided the bill, I've provided clear pics of the mouse. Hell what, I haven't even opened the Accessories box.

What was my fault? I have no idea Dark Star, but it's like you're the only one against me as this is the 3rd time I'm getting my thread closed/infraction from you. Seems like you and Amarbir are the only people against me. Is that true? :S

PS - I talked to Saiyan about the same. What he told me was, 'You are a member of TE for a long time now, you haven't included a pic with the Date on it.'

Dude there are like more than 10 threads right now which don't have a pic with the Date. Why was I the only to get my thread closed?
 
^You are a senior member , by now you should know that you should mention the date next to your user name. It doesn't mean that you should violate the rules just others are doing so. Feel free to report those threads.
 
The pics you have posted do not have the date anywhere. And the market section rules clearly mention that you need to post at least 2 pics with your "TE user id" and date mentioned hand-written in a piece of paper.

Hope that clears your doubts. ANd next time, please PM the concerned mod for clarifications before opening a thread.
 
I don't care about Amarbir, also I have no grudge against you or any member of TE. I don't even know you how come I hold a grudge against you ? .. So stop acting like a kid and read the rules once.

All those infraction are worth it since you violated lots of rules. None of the image has the date mentioned in the pics. Which is mandatory and is clearly mentioned in the rule..

Please go and read the rules once..

and calling staff action stupid won't be wise. If you think you are smart you would have read the rules the first time you received an infraction.
 
The thing is, in the past few months I have seen so many threads without following this rule and going through well, I can probably list them on here. So what I thought was that this rule isn't into effect anymore so I didn't mention the pics. Suddenly the thing drops on me and you guys saying I didn't post the pics, while other similar threads with no 'Date' still remain open. Weird.. Anyways, kindly open back the thread I have the updated pics.
 
^^AS said by saiyan, please report the post which you think is violating the rules. We mods are human as well and we do miss some threads. In your case someone reported it that's why the action was taken .

same thing is happening with me man

first one of this guy shripad got very abusive with me giving me bad words & threatening to ban me & then he closed my thread for the same reason as urs & i am really having a bad time here.

when i requested the other mods for help, everyone is defending him.

shripad thinks that anyone who has infractions gives him the moral right to get abusive & misuse his liberty. whereas i did give the mods the option to start the thread or ban me instead, for which i wont complain to anyone & nor ever register TE ever again with different name or from another ip.

they still not being neutral & this makes me very very very sad :(

Enough of this !. If you guys get a warning you get pissed despite going through the rules and the mistakes you have done..

@malhotaraul : TE clearly condemns the use of boxes in the images used to show the producst, processor is the only exception here . Off lately there has been lots of fraud members showing up in TE and trying to pick by selling fraud stuff. That is why strict action needs to be taken. So please instead of crying do bear with us and make TE a better place for all.

In your case I can see that the image have been edited in . How come the colour is mixing with the environment ? If you guys cannot bear some warning please read the rules and take the images instead psing them and posting it here. Te and its member won't run away in the meanwhile you take some snaps.

Yup, what you have observed is exactly right and that's been brought to our attention as well and hence action is being taken against those threads. Please bear in mind that this is not personal and never will be.

Any future threads without pics or improper pics will be trashed and a warning will be issued to the thread starter, creating a thread now, adding pics later will not be encouraged, create thread when you have the pics, simple :)

And please take this thought that the forum belong to a particular mod(s) or admin(s) out of your mind coz it doesnt.

we are merely here to organize it and maintain it, TE is what it is solely by its members.

the rules for the market are in place so that people dont get scammed and the deal goes thorugh as effortlessly as possible, its not like we are a bunch of hooligans sitting here to sabotage your sales :)

So once again, i urge you people to please comply with us and by US i mean staff and forum members alike, Thank you.
