It is defenaitely avaiable here, Why dont you vist few car accessory shops, IMO it will cost you 200-350Rs. minus 30 days of shipping time hyeah:

How long does it take before it appears on the "tracking summary" page?

Are the stuff worth 15$? You get a tracking number only if your order is above 15$ or if you add 2.xx$ for a tracking number for your order if it is lesser than 15$.

The status will be something like this if it has a tracking number

"Shipped via Tracked Air Mail RB123123123HK"

Got my stuff today. Status was changed to "shipped" on the 15th , and I got the items today. So 15 days is the best time frame for our stuff to arrive.
