What's different between these 4G/3G/HSPA+ Nexus 7s?

Hi Guys,

I am thinking of getting a Nexus 7 32GB with Cellular Data capability. I noticed 3 different versions/nomenclatures for the Nexus 7 with cellular data capability.

Google Play Store version: HSPA+

Are they one and the same? If not what is the difference?

Does anyone support GSM voice calling?

Which one of these will be suitable for India, if I have a SIM card with 2G/3G plan?
