PC Peripherals What's the address for PC Guide @ Lamington Road?

thinking of going down to Lamington Rd tomorrow to explore and check out pc parts. heard some good things about PC guide. Anyone has the store address?

also gonna look at some other stores like Comp Selection, Apex, Prime... any other recommendations are much appreciated :)

btw, i'm a foreigner... but i know my hardware prices... i know the stores will try to fleece me, but think i'll try my best to get the msg across that i'm not just a visiting tourist, but i'm here to stay :)
 
what hardware u looking to buy,

cause usually u need to go to diff shops for diff hardware as someone who is the direct distributor of that product u will get it cheaper there.

need to build a complete rig.. except for cpu, mobo and lcd...
coz my pal is shipping an E6400 and Asus P5W from overseas to me, and i already have a dell 2405fpw lcd here...

so just need ram, power supply, cabinet, hdd, dvdrw, graphics card, keyboard, mouse etc...

any recommendations dude? :)
 
Umm...tomorrow = Sunday.

As for visiting shops, well...the thing is that you have to take rates from multiple shops...the ones you named are good. While prime has the highest rates, quality assurance is the best with good after sales services. However, you will get stuff cheaper at PC Guide and Comp Selection.

There is this AMD dealer there who offers good rates....i forgot the exact name of the shop but its on the opposite side of PC Guide and the name is something like Demenesc or something (Spelling is wrong) right next to some lane close to Braintone electronics.

PC Guide is next to the lamington road police station on the same side of the road as the police station.
 
oh damn.. didn't know lamington road is all closed on sundays.. back in s'pore, sunday is usually the most crowded day for computer parts shopping...
 
junction of chunam lane and the main road.
it is the first shop on the main road itself. you cannot miss it.
 
alright thanks dudes... looks like i can only check out these stores next sat... usually what time are the stores closed on weekdays?
 
check laxmi compound, they have 3-4 shops there that give the best rates. prime, astronomy & 2 others. also i too might be going on monday but not sure.

i might wanna swing by on Mon evening, but depends on my schedule... as i have a night flight to catch to bangalore and then i'll only be back in Mumbai on Fri
