What's the the minimum bit-rate for acceptable loss in quality on 720p and 1080p video i.e min. acceptable bit rate(average) for 720p or 1080p movies before there's a noticeable loss in quality.I know it varies from picture to picture(movies having lotta scenes with lots of motion will have a higher bit rate) but want a rough idea.
Most of the HD movies available on torrent sites have variable bit rates but likw i said , i want a rough idea about bit rate ------ going below which a loss in quality becomes apparent ?
