What's wrong with my RS Account??

i am new to this rapidshare.. bought one months account..
since last 2 days i have not been able to download anything from rapidshare..
here is a screenshot of my account...
plz tell me what is the problem and how to resolve.. thanx

I think you must have reached your days' limit. But since you haven't downloaded anything from last two days, check the log, maybe someone else has been using it?

also ensure to keep the security lock. in absence of that if anyone gains your accounts' password, he can change the email ID and login ID.
 
what happens when u try to download?, the screenshot shows that you have bandwidth left in your account so you should be able to download

i checked the log.. it shows activities of 5th may i.e today of 1343324 KB under the traffic column.. but as i said earlier i haven't downloaded anything since 2 days...and the IP adress showing is of mine only..
