What's your perspective on the India's future?

When I read this and try to think of that child...it makes me feel sick.
4 year old..they don't spare .

you are missing alot of cruelty, i saw sometime ago having age of 6month more/less and also 1year. can't remember the post but there were multiple incident in this age. we need double cruel punishment but india hai ye.
