My friend saw a short movie called Wheeler (made by some pakistani guys doin wheelies) at my place and he went crazy after watchin it, told me that he has to do this. So me and my friend went to pune university the next day and started practicin.

We got some good shots, he wanted photos not videos.

but during one practice run (chk the last photo) he fell and hit the road hard. He did not move for couple of seconds and i thought that he died or somethin. It was pretty scary but he was allright, in a state of shock though.

He broke one nail and had some minor cuts n bruises here and there but nothing serious. We both called it a day and went back home. :)

That's no big deal. I did it myself, with a pillion rider sitting in the back, the very first time I rode a Bullet.

I escaped with a few bruises. My friend in the back had the bike fall on him, scalded his leg with the silencer, and in the absence of any hospitals had to live with the ignomy of having his grandmother pour 'haldi' (turmeric powder) over his very badly scarred and exposed flesh. Not a pretty sight.

Come to think of it, I never rode a Bullet after that!

You pretty much summed it up :P

Though wheelie on Bullet was pretty difficult. Hope to see someone try stoppie on it....

I've seen that video! I'm going to go to a park and try it on my enfield machismo sometime.

Hey Sangram, any tips you have to offer?

the bullet just doesnt have that power for a wheelie man. plus the weight.. i bet u would have to mod it ... its not as simple like in pulsars and unicorns ..what u call em "clutch- wheelies" .. lol...

The way I did it? Yeah sure, twist the accelerator to halfway and pop the clutch. Jump off the moment it starts to wobble. Ensure you have a pillion who's wearing shorts, and is heavier and taller than you, that way he can't get off in time :D

Seriously though, the only tip I have to offer is, "Don't Try!"

On a 100cc it used to be a piece of cake, keep the revs at about 30%, and get the clutch out for a quick dose of power to the back wheel. Don't stab at the clutch or throttle, quick smooth movements. Little to no steering movement, a bit of upward pressure on the handles to start with, after that just even balance. Don't let the revs go above 35-40% else you're pumping too much power and you'll be a dolphin , possibly landing on your head.

The Bullet is simply too heavy to be done reliably, you need awesome control and just the right throttle setting, plus a lot of upward pull assist, so you have to be strong.

Jeez, it's been 8 years since I rode a bike...
