As above.. every other city in the country is well served by MTNL/BSNL.. why are we getting shortchanged? Their service is better than the local fly-by-night cable operators any day of the week.. why are they holding off?
Any clue, anyone?
^^ I am not sure, but their wait time is a beetch over 6 mths, and also the night unltd plans screws up the phone bill somehow, and getting it sorted will take a few trips etc...
