Where are the high refresh rate 24 inch 1440p monitors?

I've been trying to find a 24 inch 1440p monitor with high refresh rate for so long. I can't find one with more than 75Hz.
For context, I've been using a 2160p (4k) monitor for quite a while for gaming but since its 60hz, I'd like to downgrade the resolution and upgrade the refresh rate to something above 144Hz. PPI is what really matters to me and I'd like to maximize that. Going to a 27 inch 1440p monitor would essential cut my ppi from 163 to 109 which would be jarring.

I've heard it might not be sold due to low market demand and the fact that people think bigger screen = better.
Does anyone know about such a monitor in the market?

I think since there is not difference in price between 24 inch & 27 inch monitors going with 27 inch is much better taking into price to performance ratio.

I have a MBP 16" as well. But at 50cm or so, 27" 1440p looks good. Heck my phone has 400+ ppi but I never observed that my 27" 1440p monitor is lacking in ppi. I checked 27" 1080p monitors in my office & I could easily observe its low ppi.

Anyways, this will suffice:

24" QHD or 4K are very rare. You can also go for 27" 4K for a higher ppi count than 24" 1440p (163ppi vs 122ppi).
