Where are updates antivirus files stored???

well i use nod32 and avg antivirus...........now i have the setup which is quite old...and i get new files updated regularly....now my frnd who owns a photoshop doesnt have internet on his comp...so he is aksing me how to update the antivirus.........

so with the setup cd which files i must add to the setup???????(hope i framed my question correctly)

You can download the updates from AVG Free Advisor: Updating your AVG Anti-Virus Free and then give it to your friend and he can then update manually.

NOD32:
Not sure if nod32 supports manual update.
