Where can I buy books at cheap / discounts in Mumbai & Hyderabad

Next week I will be going to Hyderabad & after two days, probably to Mumbai.
I like to know shop which sells books at reasonable rates & gives discount when bought in high amount.
I could have ordered from HS18, Fk, eBay etc. But this week probably I will be roaming lot & also Fk, ebay are costly anyways.
BUDGET - 12,000 INR [and directly bumped to 20,000 INR if my Nook Color sells before I am leaving my town :D ]
Genres looking - Fiction, Mystery, True Crime & few Educational like head first series.
Any area in Hyd / Mumbai. And I am NOT looking for pirated copies.

Strand Book Store, Bargain Book Hut (near Kalaghoda) and the second hand book shops near Churchgate station.
 
+1, you can visit koty and their are few shops (though its nothing like nayi sarak) and discounts are not the best(at least not for tech books). I will say activate internet on your phone, keep hs18, infibeam open and check for the rates when at the shop. (you may need to come out of some shops as signal is week)
 
If you're looking for ultra cheap novels then there is no better place in Hyderabad than Meena Bazar.Its only open on Sundays though.
 
I say HS18 is the cheapest as of now since they are offering 40% discount on almost most books plus you can also use the coupon code Rs 100 off on purchase of Rs 500+.
I just ordered the millennium trilogy and kane and abel yesterday.

@benryu - They take 5 days to deliver to my place, don't have time now :P

My mumbai plan cancelled & I will be in Hyderabad tomo morning [hope shops in Koti will be open]. I will visit Meena Bazaar also...

Actually there was a fire accident at my place few months back. Lost many books :( So buying them again instead of new...
