My friend got a new rig based on Q9550 and he needs it but no dealer here seem to be having this in stock. I inquired at Nehru Place and dealers there were like Sunbeam..... what ??

Get it shipped from IT Wares/Prime, Mumbai? Perhaps 100 bucks more for the courier charges.

Zander u have to get it from KMD. I was wondering why u need cpu cooler in Delhi winters? Xtreme benching?

Hi,

I'd suggest against buying Sunbeam CCF for a quaddy... I've had two of'em on my P5Q mobo for a Q6600 and they were crap... go for a TRUE 120... its da best...

On Sunbeam CCF my Q6600 @ 3.0 Ghz would hit 65 degrees while priming on small FFTs while on TRUE 120 it hits only 59 degrees while overclocked to 3.2 ghz and an additional vcore of 0.625V... its worth paying 800 bucks for a TRUE....

Lemme know if you find it elsewhr..

Mr. Nair do you mind elaborating more? What fan u used/grease etc? :)
