Your options could be Samsung R418 or Acer 4736 or may be Dell Inspiron 14 since your budget is 35K.I have no clue abt the dell lappy but i am using the acer 5738 and it works well and my frnd is using the R418 which is good too.
If you decide on the samsung.. buy from modera coz they give you the best price on samsung products.
