It's a plush toy of Bing Bong from the movie Inside Out and its being sold for Rs.3900 approx
The similar product is available on amazon.com for 25 USD + 5 USD for shipping

Any way I can get this in 2000 bucks here?

Don't mind a bigger plush of the same toy but only if reasonably priced.
This 14" plush is being sold by Disney in 30 USD on amazon.com and here on amazon.in Disney is selling it for 8000 bucks with some other sellers demanding around 4000

Well, that's alright. Cheapest way would probably be from ebay.com (a quick search brings up many results). You'll need to try your luck as far as customs goes. Also, not sure about which of those will be original Disney products & which ones will be copies.
