where to buy 8 port swich?

I want to share my internet connection between my laptop and pc......so where to buy cheap 8 port switch?? also is there any other way to do that??? i have one spare lan card...but for that i have to also keep my pc running:huh:

You can install the second lan card into your desktop then purchase a crossover cat-5 patch code, which you can connect to your laptop and desktop second lan card. You have to put your primary internet connection in sharing mode which will be used to share your internet with laptop.
