normal usage,i don't know cause i will be having 24inch or 27inch monitor for first time and i will have to know which resolution is best for that size

Razer Death Adder [left OR right hand orientation] ~ 2200/- [better than a wireless mouse for gaming]

Don't have much detailed idea about router and speakers so other members will fill in.

Cpu cooler,Ram and Mouse and keyboard as above.
 
^^ Instead of getting 3TB HDD for 18k I guess a SSD and 2TB HDD would make it sweet deal ...
