Where to buy Digital Multimeter online

Guy's, can someone point me to some online stores for buying a Digital Multimeter? eBay does have a few, but most of the decent ones have to be imported (which is going to take time) and they are uber costly compared to their prices in US. The rest of the stuff available seems to be cheap crap and I would rather avoid them as the last one I had blew up with a bang.
 
What is the budget? I got one off eBay for about Rs. 850 (IIRC). It's a cheap clamp DMM and serves me well. The local electronics shop was retailing the same model for Rs. 150 more so decided to get it online. Any particular features or models you are looking for other than the basic ones?

Will be mostly using the DMM for basic stuff like voltage, current, resistance and continuity checks, but any other useful features would also be nice. I have ordered a Arduino Uno (should be delivered today) to play with and want to keep a DMM handy.

I have asked my sister to get this for me today.
