Budget 90k+ Where to buy Intel NUCs and server hardware

Hello all. My company, based in Bangalore, is looking to purchase 1st/2nd hand Intel NUCs and one server.
Hardware required for NUC:
Intel processor i5 or better with support for Intel Quick Sync
Minimum of 16GB of RAM
Atleast 250 gis of storage
Need licensed Windows 10(most important)

Hardware requirements for server:
Form factor: cabinet not rack based
A semi modern Xeon processor with 8 cores
A GPU just for output
32GB of RAM
2TB of storage

I'm based in Bangalore. Any places where I can visit in person to go and look at products? If none of them are good, could you suggest some reliable websites where I can configure the systems?
 
The only person I know in Bangalore for spares is ISS something - 9379509939. Others here can help.

Getting NUCs with license may be difficult, would suggest to pickup retail keys with proper COA

Optionally, look at refurbishers, they will give a 10 Pro COA for as low as 1.5-2K if buying their devices in bulk
