Where to buy S3 IS

i need to immediately buy S3 IS or A710 IS... since i am flying to dubai on monday...i have two options

1. buy it from mumbai

2. buy it from dubai

Please suggest where to buy the camera.... best possible rates and places in mumbai..... should i get it from dubai..???? what rate will i be able to get there...???? which one is better.... i have seen sify mall stating 16k for the cam... but i can wait for them to ship it....

better get it from sifymall, they give 1 year warranty also, and warranties are important for digicams...you never know when you may drop it
