Where to download legal hd demos and trailers for panasonic plasma tv?

My brother recently got 42" panasonic plasma tv with max resolution of 1024 X 768. Problem is most of the movie formats are unplayable when trying to run through usb port. Only mpeg file seems to be working. Someone told me avchd files will also run. I tried one full hd trailer in .mov format and it kinda worked although slow. So I was wondering where to find hd demos in avchd format or any other format which will work on this tv?
And BTW isn't there any download manager which supports downloading demos from apple store?

I am sure he is. There are plenty of HD ready displays with that resolution. It could be a X20D plasma TV.

Yeah, its 1024 X 768. I was so p**sed that he din't got a full hd screen. Playing PCSX2 and Dolphin in full hd resolutions would have been an awesome experience.

42" and even HD? omg that's just ridiculous ! Plus it doesn't cost less either!

anyways on topic, search for youtube HD videos and download them using KeepVid: Download and save any video from Youtube, Dailymotion, Metacafe, iFilm and more!

Plasma looks beautiful even at that resolution buddy. My friend has an HD ready plasma and 720p movies look awesome in it. He made an excellent decision. Resolution is not everything (after a point of course). If the plasma is X20 model, it won't play anything, only photographs.
