PC Peripherals Where to find RMA no. on Kaizen Infoserve material receipt challan ?

Now they are bugging me off for shore

even after 14 days of submitting the psu there is no news for it from there side :/

i am trying to get the online status for there site Kaizen Infoserve Pvt Ltd., .::. Login and when it comes to rma no entering thing :huh: where is the rma no on the receipt ?????

there is only mrc no., ref no., on the challan

where is rma no. ????

please help me out from this situation

you have the receipt right,for example your mrc no must be like this-MRC-IW-CEC449755C so in this case the rma no is "CEC449755C" this,your end code is your rma no,if that doesn't help then call kaizen and ask for the phone no of their bangalore office,then call there and tell them i have sent the psu for rma,it hasn't arrived yet tell them the mrc no,they will tell you the status of your shipment,hope this helps.

Thanks Bro , but they are showing closed and no news from them till today even after 14 days

+ the b'lore people just don't pick up the phone when ever i call them
