Where to find Tech/Automobile writer/reviewer

I am once again in phase to revive my blogs , this time planning to invest some amount of money every month, instead of working all alone

can anyone suggest me, where i can hire CHEAP and good quality writer, who would be able to write reviews of mobiles/laptops/gadgets/cars/bikes

I'll tell you how motoroids was started. It was started by a person as a blog. Tat person slogged his ass off. Then it became popular. Then he made friends. Then he picked out the good ones from amongst them. Then he decided to offer them a chance to write for him.
