Last year i replaced my hp x360 440 g1 battery from a techie: https://techiestore.in/ , the battery is really good i get good backup aswell. The only issue i have with it is that i get a White screen stating that battery is not original everytime i boot the laptop up and im required to press enter. The issue with this is every time theres a windows update and i restart the laptop the laptop keyboard stops working and i cant press ENTER on the 3rd party battery screen. plugging in an external keyboard is the only way i could proceed with updates.
The reported capacity matches the battery spec but I'm highly suspicious that it's at zero wear after 170 cycles. Faulty BMS chip on the battery maybe?
Battery serial number is also not listed here. If it's the original battery that came installed in the laptop, nothing to worry. Else I would be suspicious that it's a third party battery and is reporting inaccurate/hardcoded capacity info.
