Don't mean to hijack your thread Girish, but I assume you will be getting your side panel cut... where are you getting it done? I need to mod this Stacker :P

^^^ Shops Near the City Market Area will have the Plexi Glass,Guys @ These Shops will surely help on where the Modding can be done :)

^^^^ 3 or 5mm of Normal Glass will be Heavy :( prone to Breakage

Not Sure How Heat Normal Glass can withstand

Plexi is Treated Glass,also lighter

Never use glass, if you overtighten the screws by chance, you'll crack the glass and that's the end of the story.

@ Rio . I'm in Ahmedabad - I got my iball mini server cabinet modded. I had it (the side window) cut at a signboard maker's place. Why don't you look up the yellow pages for them. They ought to help out.

For acrylic sheets, look up glow-signboard makers, they will know the best place to buy them. I suggest 4 mm sheets as they're sufficiently thick (i.e the side window will not bend upon usage).

The acrylic sheet I bought cost me 250 rs for a good quality 18x18 sheet (they cut it in front of you from a larger roll). Also remember - the sheets are coated with thick plastic to protect it from scratches. Never remove the plastic before cutting and drilling. Once your drilling is done and you're ready to fit the sheet into the window, you can remove the protective covering.

Also, it might help to check if the sheet isn't scratched anywhere.

Once my LED fans are here (very soon), I'll post pics of my modded case :) .
