Where to Repair a Condenser Microphone

Guys,

I got a new AKG 200 Condenser Microphone shipped from US and It's in dead condition. I can't claim any warranty and called the local AKG distributor for Paid service (no use).

Do any of you know a place (Chennai preferred) where they provide service/repair for condenser Microphones.
 
Try Pro-Music - I know Sudhin has helped out people when they've been in jams like this one.

I don't know whether they've now gotten too big and won't help out small-timers, but it wouldn't hurt to ask.

Have you tried with Phantom power?

And have you asked the store where you bought it from to help you out?

Called ProMusic and they are ok to service.

Yes, I have given +48v from my Machie 1402 VLZ3 and checked the supply using Multimeter.
