Please remove the tag from old winners.. So that you have extra choice for choosing member.. Also do not restrict your choice by how many times the Member has won the title.. But it should be based on the contribution of the member for that particular month.. Please for god sake remove tags from old winner.. it looks like every 1 is MOTM and ROTM :tongue:
