Monitors Which 24 inch monitor within 20k

@PHOENiX117 have seen you respond in multiple threads about buying evga cards from US. Well i too would like to buy one in a month or twos time. But i am a noob in this matter. Have never imported anything ouside india. So can you please spare some of your precious time and educate me how its done. Secondly how is the payment done.. I have sbi debit/netbanking, ubi debit/netbanking & HDFC credit card. How do i pay them in $. And lastly if i am not wrong there is no evga service in india and the same needs to be sent to taiwan maybe. So can you also tell me how the RMA thing works for EVGA.
Do take your time but please let me know how the whole thing is done.. You can either post here or pm me.. Whichever way you are ok with.. Btw i am from Guwahati, Assam.. Hope they ship to Guwahati, pin 781028

UPDATE-
Guys there is a problem,

On EBay.in,
24" Benq Zowie monitor running at 75Hz are selling for 15,000 and the 27inch monitor for 21,000

These can be overclocled to reach 96hz on 720p


So now should I go for Lg or Zowie?
I am a huge Zowie fan and Lg can't rival the picture quality,but I will miss out on refresh rate

Why are Gaming Monitors Suddenly so Cheap,I mean yesterday I dreamt of having these and today I can buy them.
