Hey guys a friend of mine is looking for a 3rd party CPU cooler for his AMD Phenom II 965processor as his stock cooler makes a lot of noise,

his motherboard is Gigabyte 790X UD4
Cabinet - NZXT M 59

we were in favor of the Cooler MAster Hyper 212+ or TX3 what other options does he have that can fit in his cabinet, thanks in advance. :)
 
Thanks PhOeNiX for the heads up as for Dr. Sir I'm sorry the cabby would not be able to accomadate the Cooler, thanks again and people keep posting other alternatives, tentative date is 2 weeks from now :)

If you dont mind can you also enquire the price of Cooler Master Hyper 212 plus in golcha.
Also guys any other better cooler which can fit in my cooler master elite 310 cabinet with huge Gskill trident RAM (Budget max 2.5 K)
 
Got the Cooler Master Hyper 212+ for my friend shall set it up tomorrow, get nostalgic took me three hours to fit it on my RIG when I bought it, first self assembly to last detail, thanks guys for all the info :)

I havent used Scythe coolers, but whatever stuff Phoenix sells is top class, so you may want to consider that

Personally, I would say Noctua, i am using it and its awesome
 
I think you haven't really read the thread as the TC already bought a Hyper 212+. Personally, I think you just commented after reading the first 3 posts. :bleh:
