Graphic Cards Which 7970 brand and noise Level?

I have decided to buy 7970

which brand should i go for?

Talk about both Reference and Non-reference cards as i think non-reference might have not come where i live in india

Also is there a noise problem with 7970,i ve heard and watched video on youtube with alot of sound
 
The best choice according to me is XFX's right now.

But I think you should wait. Why? Because the Sapphire HD7970 Toxic cards are supposed to have mindblowingly high factory OCs.

Otherwise, go for the XFX model with custom cooler.
 
I have a somewhat related query, I am thinking of getting a 7970 but the current price, more than double that of the 6970, doesn't real seem a good deal to me. Could anyone tell me by how much the 7970's price drop over, say, a month or two? Also, what should be the optimum price to pay for it?

IMO Optimum price should be around 30k.
