Graphic Cards which 8600gt card ?

please give me an insight about the best value for money cards by different vendors based on geforce8600 or 8600gts.it would be gr8 if guys can lemme know reg the price diff between the two.pl give your opinion reg ASUS graphic gards based on the above chipsets.:huh:

Asus is not worth it. Go for either XFX or the Zebronics one as mentioned by pheonix in his post(good price too)

Dude... Just get the xfx 8600 gts...Its much better than the gt version and it overclocks much better and it has a bigger heat sink.. So if u re willin to spend more bucks then go with the gts!!

8600GTS is a waste of money IMO. Go for a 8600GT now and buy a 9800 series card later.

^^will agree with monty, if you have to buy a 8600 series card then the most VFM is 8600GT and at the price point which Phoenix is giving, its absolutely a steal....

Hmm I have a MSI Factory Overclocked 8600GTS in SLI and it runs all games on max at 1024x768 including Forza Motorsport !!

And yes Bioshock runs like a crisp on it too :-D

Never go for the Zebronics one not at all overclockable.

I had a 7300GT b'fore and I coudn't overclock it at all.

XFX will be fine tho.

^ Just because you couldn't OC one card doesn't mean other cards are not Overclockable.

i play at 1440 x 900 .. 19 inch widesreen .. performance is very good .. nice card to hold u till geforce 9 series becomes affordable ..
