and found a Zebronics manufactured card ??

Well to answer that , zebronics is an Indian brand, and thats why it isnt available on Newegg. The same goes for POV ( Not an indian brand , but still not on NewEgg ) . So dont start comparing India with newegg . I agree XFX is a great brand , and if he is getting for a good price on the XFX , he should definately go for it, but if the price difference is high, then the Zebronics one is the most VFM , coz same performance , not considering OC .
 
I got a Zebronics 8600GT.

And i overclocked from stock 540/1400(effective) to 700/1600(effective) and ran Stalker for 2 hours w/o any problems... the max temperature was 68 degrees duriing load, while at stock the max temp is 65-66 degrees.

So i say go for Zebronics n save money..
