CPU/Mobo which batch of P II 555 unlockable?

being a noob; i'd like to know is there any way to know which batch of AMD PHENOM II X2 555 IS unlockable to say 3.2ghz. looking for a local buy hence.

You mean unlocking the speed or cores. This is said to be a Black Edition Proc. though not branded so. I am looking more for the unlocking option than overclocking.

you sure that is a 555be batch and not a 550be batch?
