I got some info regarding TATAINDICOM PHOTON Plus.

This is what i am thinking of :

Advance payment : Rs. 3500 for the USB card/thingy.

Cheapest plan : Rs. 500 per month

.5 GB download limit

I can pay Rs. 200 extra and can download 10GB more between 11pm to 7am.
Can anyone suggest any more better options? Anyone using BSNL DATA card? Howz the speed? Tarrifs etc?

Any inputs about anything is welcome.
The guy @ TATA says actual download speed is 600-700kBps :):baby:

thats bits per second not bytes per second... the evdo technology they BOTH use has current max limit of 3.1 mbps (bits again) same as reliance.

in fact it looks like (especially after watching recent ndtv gadget guru show) that they BOTH use the same backend provider just branded differently...

I have used Tata Photon previously and currently using Reliance Broadband Plus.. Tata used to get disconnected very frequently due to poor connectivity and coverage.. haven't faced any such problem with reliance till now.. speed are also good ..ao m happy.. dont go for bsnl.. its a govt company so after sales service is really very poor.. customer helpline rarely works... also i have used broadband plus in delhi, pune , mumbai , and kolkata .. no coverage problem

Thank U.
