Which broadband works best with p2p in Pune?

I need to get a new broadband connection in next 2 weeks. As I am located in Pune (Bibwewadi), can anybody from Pune help me out with this one.
Which one of the following will be a better choice for P2P as almost all of the ISPs block ports these days:

DataOne
Hathway
Tata Indicom Braodband
Relience Braodband
Iquara
Sify

My usage is primarily in torrents, emule (looks like dead these days), skype and rapidshare (most important one).
Please help.
 
Hmmm... Bibewadi... PM Darky (Darklord). He lives there only. He use Hathway i think. Or else pm Apollyon. They will help u coz i dont use p2p.
 
no issues with tata and bitcomet.. but too expensive so check out hathway (which i think darky uses)
 
no issues with sify and bitcomet aswell as airtel and bitcomet (in kalyaninagar). we are blessed with very low downtime and very good speeds here :hap2:
