which cooler for an i9 9900k

I use an NZXT H62 with a 9700k @ 5.1GHz. Temperatures are in the mid 70's. Look for an NZXT/Corsair/Lian Li/Arctic. Coolermaster isn't the most trusted name in AIOs. The MSI is a rebadged apaltek and not in the same league as those I listed.
 
i was cosidering msi but no proper reveiws are available
i think i should go for artic freezer 2 280mm or 360mm
any idea about deepcool gamer storm castle 280EX or 360 EX
 
can you advise what is your normal usage on the PC
also what size case do you have
That would help to decide your answer
